General Rules:
- All Bidders Must Be Registered, Registration is Free. Must Have Valid Picture ID.
- All Vehicles To Be Sold Must Be Registered And Paid No Later Then
Monday September, 22th, 2009 @ 6 PM
- All Vehicles Are To Be Sold “As-Is”, It is the responsibility of the BUYER to inspect all units prior to sale, bidding, and/ or purchase.
Skipco and its auctioneers do not guarantee information provided by the sellers, written or implied, including but not limited to:
originality, models, numbers, condition.
- Skipco Auto Auction is Not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Or Damaged Property
Sellers Terms:
- All Vehicles Entered For Sale Must Be 1982 Model Year or Older.
- All vehicles must have clear titles free of liens and incumbrances. Titles must be in current owners name and only the
owner may register the vehicle for sale.
- Skipco Reserves the Right to Reject Any Entry For Any Reason. Vehicles deemed unsellable or with unreasonable reserves will be rejected.
- Run Order Will Be Determined By Registration Date, However, Skipco Reserves the Right to Alter Run Order at Any Time.
Any Non-Running (In-Op) Vehicles will be sold together.
- Unpaid applications will be considered incomplete, and will not be processed or assessed a run number until paid.
- Vehicles withdrawn from auction no later then Monday September, 22th, 2009, will
be refunded Entry Fee, Less a $25 Processing Fee. Vehicles withdrawn
after Monday September, 22th, 2009, will NOT be refunded.
- Vehicles will be advertised online as soon as the application is processed.
Any pictures you wish to be available should be submitted with the application, digital pictures prefered.
- Vehicles must be present at the auction between Friday September 19th and no later then 1 pm on sale day.
Vehicles present earlier in the week will be provided more opportunity for viewing and more customer traffic.
It is recommended to have your vehicle available for viewing at the auction no later then Thursday, September 25th.
- Information provided by the seller is assumed to be truthful and of good faith.
Any information given by the seller found to be intentionally false or misleading will result in removal from the sale,
possible cancellation of buyers obligation (if applicable), and possible fraud charges according to the laws of the State of Ohio.
- The Seller or an Agent MUST be present at the time of sale.
- Skipco reserves the right to cancel the sale of any vehicle at any time it deems necessary.
