- Individuals can register for a "Temporary Pass" to bid for
the day, before or during an auction. This pass is valid only for that
auction and should be destroyed. There is no charge
for a temporary pass. Once you have submitted your information at an auction, you only need to check
in and receive your pass every time you attend the auction
- If an individual would like to register as a "Permanent Bidder", needs to fill out this form.
There is a $15 charge to register as a "Permanent Bidder" which can be paid at the auction.
This charge will entitle you to a plastic registration card (please allow time for production) and will allow you to bypass the
registration check-in line at the auction.
- "Permanent Bidders" have the option to register as a "Premium Bidder."
This allows a bidder to leave a refundable $200 deposit at the time
of registration. With this deposit left, they do not need to leave a
deposit at the time of bidding.
- Vehicles are sold "AS-IS", we mark on windows of vehicles
problems that are apparent as a courtesy to our bidders. It in no way
represents any warranty or exact diagnosis. It is buyers responsibility
to thoroughly inspect each vehicle BEFORE bidding. We are open Thursday
and Friday 9AM to 7PM for inspection of currently listed vehicles.
- All vehicles are available for public purchase.
- Children under 12 years of age are prohibited on sale day!
- Upon Purchase, bidder has 2 working days to complete the transaction.
ALL vehicles "SOLD" on the block and not paid for by 6:00pm on Tuesday will
automatically be charged a $25 late fee and purchasers are suject to default of
sale and loss of bidding rights. Vehicles purchased "ON APPROVAL" will be
given 48 hours from time of approval to complete payment, after that time
a $25 late fee will be impossed and purchasers are subject to default and loss of
bidding rights. This policy applies to ALL purchasers.
- The Banks & Financial Institutions (the owners of the vehicles)
reserve the right to accept or deny any bid at any time.
- For vehicles purchased "On
Approval", the purchasers will be contacted when we recieve an answer.
Calling Monday afternoon will no longer be neccessary. PLEASE BE SURE WE HAVE A CURRENT
DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER!
- There is a $75 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $0 to $700, a
$135 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $701 to $1,999, a $170 buyer’s
fee for a sale price of $2,000 to $4,999, a $180 buyer’s fee for
a sale price of $5,000 to $9,999, a $190 buyer’s fee for a sale
price of $10,000 to $14,999, a $200 buyer’s fee far a sale price
of $15,000 to $19,999, and $220 buyer’s fee far a sale price of
$20,000 or greater appended final cost of the vehicle sold. There is also an
additional $25 buyer’s attached for online purchases by our simulcast dealers. The only
exception to this is on US Marshal's vehicles sold; these have no buyer's
fee. So anticipate this in your bidding.
- All vehicles left on the lot after 5:00PM on the Wednesday after the
sale will be charged $5.00 per day for storage. No Exceptions.
