- Individuals can register for a "Temporary Pass" to bid for
the day, before or during an auction. This pass is valid only for that
auction and should be destroyed. There is no charge
for a temporary pass. Once you have submitted your information at an auction, you only need to check
in and receive your pass every time you attend the auction
- If an individual would like to register as a "Permanent Bidder", needs to register at an auction.
There is a $15 charge to register as a "Permanent Bidder" which can be paid at the auction.
This charge will entitle you to a plastic registration card (please allow time for production) and will allow you to bypass the
registration check-in line at the auction.
- "Permanent Bidders" have the option to register as a "Premium Bidder."
This allows a bidder to leave a refundable $200 deposit at the time
of registration. With this deposit left, they do not need to leave a
deposit at the time of bidding.

| Registration For Dealerships |
- Fill out the Dealership Registration Form, which can be either picked
up in the office, or downloaded
here and return it signed to our office in Canal.
Include a copy of your dealership license.
Include a copy of any buyers drivers licenses
- Your card will be issued within one week of registration. If you need
to request multiple cards for multiple buyers please request this when
dropping off the registration form.
