Conditions of Sale for Everyone:

  • Vehicles are sold "AS-IS", we mark on windows of vehicles problems that are apparent as a courtesy to our bidders. It in no way represents any warranty or exact diagnosis. It is buyers responsibility to thoroughly inspect each vehicle BEFORE bidding. We are open Thursday and Friday 9AM to 8PM for inspection of currently listed vehicles.

  • All vehicles are available for public purchase.

  • Upon Purchase, bidder has 2 working days to complete the transaction. ALL vehicles "SOLD" on the block and not paid for by 6:30pm on Tuesday will automatically be charged a $25 late fee and purchasers are subject to default of sale and loss of bidding rights. Vehicles purchased "ON APPROVAL" will be given 48 hours from time of approval to complete payment, after that time a $25 late fee will be imposed and purchasers are subject to default and loss of bidding rights. This policy applies to ALL purchasers.

  • The Banks & Financial Institutions (the owners of the vehicles) reserve the right to accept or deny any bid at any time.

  • For vehicles purchased "On Approval", the purchasers will be contacted when we receive an answer. PLEASE BE SURE WE HAVE A CURRENT DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER!

  • There is a $75 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $0 to $700, a $125 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $701 to $1999, a $145 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $2000 to $9,999, a $155 buyer’s fee for a sale price of $10,000 to $14,999, and a $165 buyer’s fee far a sale price of $15,000 or greater appended final cost of the vehicle sold. The only exception to this is on US Marshal's vehicles sold; these have no buyer's fee.

  • All vehicles left on the lot after 5:00PM on the Wednesday after the sale will be charged $5.00 per day for storage. No Exceptions.
Dealerships & Buyers for Dealerships

Public Buyers

  • Registration is required to purchase vehicles as a dealership.

  • There is no charge for registration, it's just a simple form to fill out. Downloadable here

  • A photocopy of your current dealer's license is required during the registration process.

  • Once you are registered, you will receive your membership card. This will have your registration number.

  • At the auction block, after you have successfully won a bid, simply come up to the podium and display your membership card. We will provide you with a bid receipt at this time.

  • After the auction, you have 2 working days to pay for, and pickup the vehicles you have purchased.

EVERYONE MUST REPORT TO FRONT COUNTER TO CHECK IN FOR AUCTION WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN REGISTERED BEFORE.

  • Registration Is Required to Bid

  • You are required to leave a $200 cash deposit ON EVERY VEHICLE WHETHER IT IS “PENDING APPROVAL” OR “SOLD”. At this time, we will provide you with a Bid Sheet that you can use to obtain temporary tags for your new vehicle at your local BMV.

  • IF THE VEHICLE IS PENDING APPROVAL FROM THE BANK AND THE BANK DOES NOT ACCEPT THE BID, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK BY MAIL.

  • FAILURE TO LEAVE A DEPOSIT WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF BIDDING RIGHTS. ANY VEHICLE WITHOUT A DEPOSIT WILL BE RE-RUN THOUGH THE AUCTION AT A LATER TIME.

  • Skipco does NOT issue temporary tags.

  • Buyer has two (2) working days to complete the transaction by paying with a Cashiers Check or Money Order.

  • Cash, Credit Cards, and Personal Checks are NOT accepted for final payment of vehicle.

From our main location, take the first left and go all the way
back. The new auction facility will be on the left.
